Wild Wise Tales Poster ("the app") is a private tool used by Wild Wise Tales to publish its own videos to its own social media accounts.
When an account owned by Wild Wise Tales is connected, the app receives the access tokens and basic profile information (account name, profile picture, account ID) needed to publish videos and show post status. For TikTok this includes the scopes user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list, video.upload and video.publish.
The app uses YouTube API Services. When the Wild Wise Tales YouTube channel is connected, the app accesses the channel's basic information (channel ID, name, thumbnail) and uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos, set their titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and visibility, and read the status of those uploads. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. The app does not use cookies or similar technologies on end-user devices.
This data is used only to publish Wild Wise Tales videos and display their status to the Wild Wise Tales team. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Tokens and post data are stored on a private server controlled by Wild Wise Tales and are deleted when an account is disconnected.
Access can be revoked at any time from the connected platform's app settings. To request deletion of any data, email the address below.
